Booking Fee and payments A deposit of 30% is required to secure the date. In the event of cancellation this is non-refundable. The balance is payable 14 days prior to your wedding.
All cheques should be made payable to Light Blue Photography. Bank Transfer (BACS) payments can be accepted by arrangement.
Cancellations Light Blue Photography reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as follows:
a. If cancelled up to 3 months prior to the booked date, the cancellation fee is equal to the deposit
b. If cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the wedding, the cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed fee
c. If cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the wedding the fee is 100% of the agreed fee
Copyright and Display Light Blue Photography may use any images included in this contract in their web site, portfolio, literature, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, and advertising.
Copyright and ownership of all images remain with Light Blue Photography. Our packages include a DVD of all images at high resolution and you will be given the right to make copies of and print from these image files for personal use. Commercial use is not permitted.
Attendance In the unlikely event that the assigned photographer is unable to attend your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to assign another photographer to attend on our behalf.
Meals We would appreciate the provision of a light meal for the photographers in attendance for any bookings longer than 5 hours.
Images Light Blue Photography will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your photos. However, due to events outside of our control, such as weather, venue restrictions or short timelines, etc, the production of any specific images cannot be guaranteed.
Loss of data In the unlikely event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of all photographic data, Light Blue Photography will only be responsible for the return of all monies paid to date.
Limitation of Liability The liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
